l4. Click Add to add the users who will be debugging to this list including Debugger Users, SYSTEM,
l    and Interactive, and grant them Allow Access rights, or simply add the Administrators group to

l1.       Right-click the project and select properties
l2.       Select the Configuration Properties/Debugging window
l3.       Select the entry for “Enable ASP.NET debugging”

lFinally, we added the word “DEBUG” to the [AllowVerbs] section in the urlscan.ini file.  (Present
